HOST A MEETING


 

Telecom Council meetings are hosted by companies around the Silicon Valley who are leading the way in communications innovation. Host requirements include meeting facilities for 30 executives, catering, AV and tech support, and hosts benefit in many ways when they welcome this community to their offices and share their industry leadership. 

Telecom Council is currently meeting in our virtual meeting room and onsite in Silicon Valley simultaneously. If you are interested in hosting a meeting in 2022, please contact us for available dates.


HOST REQUIREMENTS

  • Adequate space to accommodate up to 30 attendees seated at tables (preferably U style)
  • Meetings run from 8:30am - 1pm (access to space needed from 7:30am)
  • Light breakfast and lunch in the meeting room (host bears expense)
  • Projector, screen, and wired internet line (for demo use only)
  • Wireless guest access
  • Adequate parking
  • No visitor NDA
