The IOT Forum lists their meetings in the bi-monthly Telecom Council newsletter and sends 2 reminder emails to IOT Forum subscribers before each meeting. To subscribe to these invitations click below.
Though most IOT Forum meetings are restricted to IOT Forum members, speakers, sponsors and guests, we occasionally open meetings to the public. Current meetings, both private and public, are listed in our calendar, where you can also see links to attendee lists, agendas, and an archive of previous topics, agendas and attendee lists.
With more than 12 meetings each year on topics ranging from connected car and smart cities to 5G, security and industrial internet, there are 100s of speaking opportunities each year – including analyst, keynote, panel, unpanel, and startup pitch. Though members, sponsors and hosts get priority for speaking, we always make room for good startups and technology pitches – free of charge.
Companies may not sponsor the IOT Forum or the Telecom Council, though occasionally individual meetings will be open for sponsorship. Meeting sponsors may chose between branding, speaking, or topic sponsorship based on how much they want to influence an agenda. Click below for a list of meetings currently open for sponsorship along with the benefits and cost of the sponsorship options.
Several IOT Forum meetings each year have a session dedicated to startup pitches. These are free, 5-minute, Rapid-Fire pitches that are intended to introduce startups to 100s of potential partners from telcos, investors and vendors. Startups apply online and are chosen based on input from the members on what technologies and stages they want to review.
Every IOT Forum meeting makes space in the room for demo tables. Demo tables allow any company - new or established, member or not - to show their technology at networking breaks before, after and during Forum meetings. Tables are available first-come, first-served through the meeting’s online registration. Meetings with demo tables still available can be found in the calendar.
Companies with a meeting room that holds over 50 people may host an IOT Forum meeting. For the cost of catering, you can bring the IOT community including global telcos, major vendors, leading investors and entrepreneurs to your facility and build your brand as an integral part of the IOT ecosystem. Plus, you get to sit in on these private meetings for an inside view on the IOT community.
