	I prefer to pay by credit card online. This choice will generate an online payment authorization supported by PayPal, and your membership benefits will begin as soon as your payment is approved. This option is not available for Executive Level membership.
	I prefer the Telecom Council to bill me. This choice will generate an email invoice, and once your accounts payable system has confirmed payment, your membership benefits will begin.
